Rice Paper “bagel”
  1. Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. Dip each rice paper wrapper into the beaten egg just until soft (not soggy).

  3. Layer the wrappers and shape into a round.

  4. Optional: cut or press a small hole in the center for a bagel shape.

  5. Brush a little extra egg on top and sprinkle generously with everything seasoning.

  6. Bake for 8–12 minutes until golden and crispy.

  7. Check around 8 minutes to avoid over-browning.

  8. Let cool for 2–3 minutes it crisps up even more as it cools.
