Gochujang Pasta
  1. Start by cooking the pasta according to the package. Make sure to salt the water once it start boiling before adding in the pasta. Cook for 8-10 minutes or until al dente.

  2. As that cooks, chop up 4 cloves of garlic and ½ a cup of green onions (add as much as you desire tbh).

  3. In a pan heat up 1 tbsp of oil and add in the garlic and green onions, let that cook for a couple minutes until fragrant.

  4. Add in the gochujang paste, cream, salt, pepper and parmesan.

  5. On medium heat let the sauce thicken up, should take around 2-3 minutes.

  6. Add in the cooked pasta, with ¼ cup of the pasta water.

  7. Mix it up and on medium heat let the sauce coat the noodles until its creamy.

  8. Now its time to ENJOY!
