Crispy High Protein Chips
  1. Preheat the oven to 375F.

  2. Squeeze the moisture out of your cottage cheese, and scoop onto a parchment lined baking sheet in 1 tbsp circles.

  3. Top with the shredded cheddar and ranch seasoning.

  4. Bake it for 35-45 mins. Take them out, let cool & enjoy!
