Dice peaches.
In a large bowl add oil, eggs, sugar and mix well. Add vanilla and sour cream and mix until blended.
Add flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt and mix until combined.
Add peaches and gently fold in. Pour into a 9” x 9” pan.
Streusel: in a smaller bowl add both sugars, cinnamon, oil and flour and mix until crumbly.
Sprinkle over top of cake and bake for 35 - 45 minutes or until tester comes out clean.
