Make the crust: Mix the shredded chicken, parmesan, eggs, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika together. Press the mixture into 4 flat circles on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden and firm.
Make the Caesar dressing: Whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, egg yolk, garlic, parmesan, Greek yogurt, salt, and pepper.
Assemble the pizza: Let the crust cool slightly. Spread the Caesar dressing over the crust and top with Romaine lettuce, parmesan, radicchio, and croutons.
