Mongolian Chicken Noodles
  1. Cook noodles according to package directions until tender. Drain and set aside.

  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook 5 to 7 minutes until browned and cooked through. Remove chicken and set aside.

  3. In the same skillet, add garlic and ginger. Cook 30 seconds until fragrant.

  4. Stir in soy sauce, brown sugar, chicken broth, hoisin sauce, black pepper, and cornstarch slurry. Bring to a gentle simmer and cook 2 to 3 minutes until thickened.

  5. Return chicken to the skillet and stir to coat in the sauce.

  6. Add cooked noodles and toss until everything is evenly coated and glossy.

  7. Let rest 2 minutes, then garnish and serve warm.
