Slice apple into thin pieces
Cover apples with water and lemon juice and microwave for 2-3 minutes until soft and bendy
Drain and pat dry the apples
Slightly roll out puff pastry dough
Cut puff pastry into 2 by 10 inch stripes
Drizzle pastry stripes with honey
Brush with melted butter
Sprinkle cinnamon sugar and salt on pastry
Lay out 6-7 slices of apples on one side of pastry
Fold bottom half of pastry up over apples and roll together
Place in muffin tin
Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar
Bake at 375°F for 35-40 minutes
Let cool
Dust with powdered sugar
