Preheat the oven to 425.
Prep the sweet potatoes. Chop the sweet potatoes into small, bite-sized chunks. Set aside.
Prep the meatballs. To a large bowl, add the turkey, egg, feta, mushrooms, onion, ½ tsp salt, oregano, dill, parsley and ½ tbsp olive oil. Use a fork to mix everything together until well combined. Set aside.
Add the sweet potatoes to the sheet pan, then drizzle with the remaining olive oil, remaining salt, paprika, garlic powder, and cumin. Toss to coat.
Use clean hands to form the turkey mixture into 1-inch meatballs, then place them on the sheet pan, spreading the meatballs and the sweet potatoes out.
Place the sheet pan in the oven for 25-30 minutes. If the sweet potatoes are not yet tender, I suggest removing the meatballs and placing the sweets back in the oven for an extra 5-10 minutes.
