Garlic Greek Yoghurt Naan Bread
  1. Preheat oven to 220°C/425°F (gas mark 7).

  2. In a bowl combine the flour, baking powder and a pinch of salt.

  3. Add the garlic, cilantro, yogurt, and butter. Mix well.

  4. Knead the dough until it is soft and no longer sticky.

  5. Divide the dough into 6 equal portions and roll out into naan shapes.

  6. Place the naan bread onto a baking tray sprayed with cooking oil spray.

  7. Sprinkle with a little sea salt.

  8. Place in the oven and bake for about 10 mins, or until the bread has puffed up and is golden brown.

  9. Serve hot and enjoy!
