Sweet Rolls Recipe:
Mix 1 ¼ cup warm milk, 2 tsp sugar, with 1 ½ tbsp of active dry yeast.
Let sit for 5 min. (until bubbly)
Separately, whisk 1 egg with 4 tbsp of softened butter, add ¼ cup of sugar, 1 tsp of salt and mix.
Combine butter and egg mixture with the yeast mixture.
Slowly add 4 cups of bread flour.
Mix and knead until smooth.
Cover for 2-3 hours. (or until doubled in size)
Shape into rolls and cover again for 1 hour. (or until desired rise)
Bake at 350° for 25 min.
