Make crust.
In standing mixer, beat eggs.
Beat remaining ingredients together, putting mixer on for 10 minutes.
Pour into crust.
Bake 40 minutes @ 350 degrees,
While cheesecake is baking, make topping.
After 40 minutes, take cheesecake out and put on topping and bake 5 minutes @ 475 degrees.
