Mix the butter, sugar, a bit of salt and the egg until it becomes a smooth dough
Add the almonds and the flour and mix it well
Rest the dough for about 30 minutes
Roll the dough out into a rectangle about 1cm thick
Brush it with egg yolk
Cut out 4cm x 1cm sticks with a knife
Bake for about 12 minutes at 400F/200C
