Cream Cheese From Scratch
  1. Heat the milk until almost boiling

  2. Add the lemon juice, stir well and take off the heat

  3. After a few minutes, the milk will have curdled, strain through a sieve lined with a cheesecloth, then rinse the curds with cold water

  4. Squeeze out any excess liquid

  5. Place in a blender along with any additional ingredients

  6. Blend until smooth

  7. Enjoy!
