Preheat oven to 350F
Soak ½ cup pitted dates in hot water for 15mins, then drain.
Blend the dates with 1x 540ml can of rinsed/drained chickpeas, ½ cup tahini, 1 tsp salt and 1 tsp vanilla - until smooth.
Fold in chocolate chips (as much as your heart desires), and spread place evenly in a parchment lined loaf pan.
Top with more chocolate chips and bake in the oven for 30mins at 350F.
MUST let cool for at least 15mins to firm up before slicing.
