Peanut Butter Cheesecake Ice Cream
  1. Using a high powered blender, food processor, or immersion blender, add cottage cheese and sweetener and blend until it's silky smooth.

  2. Add in peanut butter and chocolate chips.

  3. Make swirls using a spoon and place it back into container.

  4. Top with more peanut butter and chocolate chips.

  5. Freeze for a few hours and enjoy!

  6. PRO TIP: to make sure it does not turn icy, stir every hour or so while in freezer and don't freeze longer than 4-5 hours.
