  1. Steam and mash potatoes

  2. Chop parsley and spring onion and squeeze lemon

  3. Process or chop walnuts finely

  4. Add all ingredients into a bowl and mix them until everything is well incorporated

  5. Spread on a platter to serve. Make incisions so the kibbeh absorbs enough olive oil

  6. Garnish with olive oil

  7. Serve and enjoy
