Preheat the oven to 400.
Cook your gnocchi for a few minutes to soften slightly.
Add a thick even layer of shredded parm.
Top with gnocchi, black pepper, olive oil and another light dusting of more parm before popping in the oven for about 25-30 minutes.
We turned it every 10 mins or so, this is a good way to check how it's crisping up.
Ours was slightly softer in the middle but the edges were crunchy.
