Cacio E Pepe Gnocchi Chips
  1. Preheat the oven to 400.

  2. Cook your gnocchi for a few minutes to soften slightly.

  3. Add a thick even layer of shredded parm.

  4. Top with gnocchi, black pepper, olive oil and another light dusting of more parm before popping in the oven for about 25-30 minutes.

  5. We turned it every 10 mins or so, this is a good way to check how it's crisping up.

  6. Ours was slightly softer in the middle but the edges were crunchy.
