Dry fry the sweetcorn until slightly charred, add a splash of oil and the minced garlic and onion then fry until they brown
Mix the nutritional yeast, silken tofu, miso and water then blend smooth before mixing and cooking with the beans
Mix the marinade ingredients (tomato paste, maple syrup, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, white pepper, cider vinegar and water)
Coat the tofu in the marinade then either fry or bake until crispy
Place the crispy tofu on top of the beans, serve with steamed greens and garnishes with chives and olive oil
