In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, cream cheese, maple syrup (if using), vanilla, and lemon zest until smooth.
Spread the yogurt mixture evenly onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Spoon the strawberry chia jam over top and gently swirl. Sprinkle with diced strawberries, crushed graham crackers, or leave plain!
Freeze for 2-3 hours until fully set.
Break into pieces and let sit a few minutes before serving.
