Cream Cheese Frosting
  1. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese, butter, vanilla and, if using, salt until they're light and fluffy.

  2. Gradually beat in the confectioners’ sugar. Add enough to achieve your desired consistency.

  3. Once it’s fully mixed in and the frosting is to your liking, it’s ready to use.
