Apple Peanut Butter Overnight Oats
  1. In a large bowl, grate 2 apples and leave the skin on

  2. Add 100g oats, 30g chia seeds, and 450g thick Greek yogurt to the bowl

  3. Mix 40g vanilla protein powder with 300ml water (or use 300ml milk instead and add honey for sweetness)

  4. Add the protein mixture to the bowl

  5. Add 1 tsp cinnamon (or more to taste) and a pinch of salt

  6. Stir in 30g-40g peanut butter until well combined

  7. Mix all ingredients together until well combined

  8. Top with frozen berries if desired

  9. Divide into 3 servings for meal prep
