High Protein Spinach & Onion Wraps
  1. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper

  2. Spread shredded cheddar cheese on the parchment paper

  3. Add sliced onion over the cheese

  4. Blend eggs, spinach, salt, garlic powder, and smoked paprika together

  5. Pour egg mixture over cheese and onions

  6. Bake at 350°F for 15 minutes or until slightly golden browning occurs

  7. Allow wrap to cool slightly

  8. Mix wild salmon, mayonnaise, lemon juice, capers, dill weed, and black pepper together

  9. Spread salmon filling evenly across the baked wrap

  10. Roll carefully and slice into pinwheels

  11. Serve and enjoy
