Cook desired amount of rice.
Melt 1 tablespoon lard in medium saucepan over medium heat. Add onion, garlic, salt, chili powder, pepper, coriander, and cumin, and cook, stirring frequently, until softened, 5 to 7 minutes.
Increase heat to high; add drained beans, cilantro bundle, and 1 cup water; and bring to boil, reduce head and simmer till desired thickness.
Serve with Rice and Corn
