In a large bowl, combine the flour and salt.
Add the egg yolks, melted butter, and water.
Mix until a dough forms, then knead until smooth.
Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes this makes the dough much easier to work with.
Cut the dough into your desired portions.
Roll out each piece, fill as desired, and seal.
To fry: Fry in hot oil until golden brown.
To bake: Brush with egg wash and bake until golden and cooked through.
