Festive Cherry Bombs
  1. Replace ¼ cup cherry juice with peppermint schnapps. Refrigerate 1 hour or overnight.

  2. Pat cherries completely dry on paper towels.

  3. Microwave white chocolate at 50% power until smooth.

  4. Cover ¾ of each cherry in chocolate, roll in crushed peppermint.

  5. Refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving.
