Quick + Healthy Oatmeal Feta Pie (5 Ingredients)
  1. Preheat oven to 400℉ (200℃). Line or spray an 11x7 inch baking pan with parchment paper.

  2. Add your cottage cheese to a mini food processor and pulse until mostly smooth.

  3. Next, add in the oats, eggs, oil and pulse until incorporated and somewhat smooth.

  4. Fold in the crumbled feta with a spatula.

  5. Transfer the mixture to your pan and spread out evenly.

  6. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and bake for 35-40 minutes or until the top is golden brown.

  7. Allow to set in the pan for 10 minutes then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.

  8. Serve with a drizzle of honey and enjoy!
