Ingredients:
1 ½ pound boneless skinless chicken thighs
Salt and pepper
One large, yellow onion, roughly chopped
Fresh parsley, chopped
Garlic Sauce:
3 teaspoons Dijon mustard
2 teaspoon, honey
⅓ cup olive oil
6 garlic cloves, minced
1 teaspoon ground - Coriander substitute
¾ teaspoon paprika
½ teaspoon black pepper
½ teaspoon cayenne pepper
Pinch of salt
Steps:
Toss the chicken in the garlic Dijon sauce
Add some of the onion. Bacon in the oven or throw it on the grill.
