Chili Lime Vermicelli Noodle Bowl
  1. In a bowl, add chicken thighs and season with olive oil,

    lime juice, honey, ginger, salt and black pepper. Allow

    chicken to marinate for at least 30 minutes in the fridge

  2. To a heated fry pan, add chicken, single layer and cook

    over medium-high heat until done, flipping halfway

    through. Remove from pan, slice and set aside

  3. As chicken cooks, prepare the dressing by mixing

    together lime juice, soy sauce, sesame oil, honey, garlic,

    red chili flakes and water, whisk to combine

  4. To assemble bowls, add vermicelli noodles and layer lettuce, carrots, bean sprout, cucumbers, red bell pepper, chicken, parsley, basil and green onions. Drizzle a couple tablespoons of the dressing overtop bowl and enjoy!
