Japanese Miso Black Cod
  1. Combine the cod with all marinade ingredients and let marindate in a Ziploc for at least 3 hours or preferably overnight.

  2. Bring sous vide cooker to 132F or 55.6C

  3. Cook the fish for 20 minutes

  4. Transfer the fish to a wire rack and char the skin and surface with blow torch

  5. Garnish with scallion
