Add chili crisp to your pan.
Pour the beaten eggs on top of the sizzling chili crisp.
Once the egg is partially cooked, add both halves of the bagel, face down.
Add the green onions and allow the eggs to set.
Flip the bagel & egg mixture.
Fold the eggs so they fit on top of the bagel.
On one half of the bagel, add sliced tomatoes and feta cheese.
On the other half, add greens.
Fold the bagel into a sandwich.
Slice & serve.
