Combine the cashew milk, mint extract, and Chlorella powder and place in an ice cube tray. Place in the freezer to freeze completely.
To make the smoothie packs, place two of the cashew milk ice cubes into a small sandwich Ziploc bag. Add ½ cup frozen bananas, ½ cup frozen spinach, and 1 tablespoon cocoa nibs to each Ziploc bag.
Place in the freezer until ready to use.
When you are ready to make the smoothie, place the contents of the baggie into a blender and add 1 cup chocolate or vanilla almond milk. Blend until smooth and serve.
