Chicken Cutlets
  1. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.

  2. Beat the eggs with salt and pepper.

  3. Season your breadcrumbs with parsley, basil and parmesan. Give it a mix.

  4. Dip the chicken breast first in flour, then in the beaten eggs and in breadcrumbs.

  5. Fry the cutlets in a pan with extra virgin olive oil.

  6. When they're golden brown they're ready.
