Dump It Chicken Satay
  1. Slice chicken breasts and mix with cornflour

  2. Add coconut milk, chicken stock, mild curry powder, pepper, soy sauce, sweet chilli, lazy garlic, and peanut butter

  3. Mix well, leaving some chicken breast exposed out of sauce for texture and flavour

  4. Bake at 200°C for 25 minutes

  5. Serve with rice or noodles
