Crush the biscuits, then mix in the butter. Press into 6 small jars, reserve 1tbs
Mix fruit mince with a small amount of boiling water. Cool, then later into the jars, reserve 1 tbs.
Using a whisk or hand mixer, whip the cheese until fluffy. Then add small amounts of condensed milk while mixing. Layer into jars
Top with remaining biscuit and fruit mince.
Fridge for at least 12hrs before serving
