3 Ingredient Tim Tam Fudge
  1. Line a 20cm square baking pan with parchment paper, ensuring there is enough overhang on the sides to easily lift out the fudge once it's set.

  2. Chop the Tim Tams into chunky pieces and set them aside.

  3. In a medium microwave proof bowl, pour in the sweetened condensed milk and add the chocolate pieces.

  4. Pop it in the microwave for 45 seconds then give it a good stir, pop it back in for anther 20 seconds and stir again. Add it back in, in 10 second increments until the chocolate has fully melted and is well combined with the condensed milk.

  5. Take the bowl out of the microwave and quickly fold in the chopped Tim Tams.

  6. Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared pan and smooth down the top if wanting with the back of a spoon.

  7. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours until the fudge is firm.

  8. Once set, lift the fudge out of the pan using the parchment paper and cut it into small pieces (I got 72 very small pieces)
