Preheat oven to 400 degrees
Combine flour, baking powder, salt, and butter in a large bowl and mix with your hands, pushing the flour into the butter with your fingers
Add cottage cheese, eggs, honey and vanilla to a blender and blend until smooth
Add the blended mixture to the bowl with dry ingredients and mix until about ½ combined
Sprinkle in white chocolate chips and frozen berries, continue mixing until just combined
Sprinkle flour on counter and dump dough out, push together into a circle without over-mixing
Cut dough into 8 pieces and lay on a sheet tray with parchment paper
Brush milk onto the tops of scones
Bake for 15-18 minutes until lightly browned on top
