Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
Arrange sweet potato slices on a baking tray, drizzle with olive oil, salt, and pepper, and toss to coat.
Roast for 25–30 minutes until tender and caramelized at the edges.
Blend feta with yogurt (or cream) and lemon juice until smooth and fluffy.
Warm honey slightly and mix with chili flakes.
Spread whipped feta on a serving plate or lightly over the roasted sweet potatoes.
Drizzle hot honey over the top.
Sprinkle toasted pecans over everything.
Garnish with fresh herbs and cracked black pepper.
Serve warm.
