Preheat oven to 400°.
Trim the thighs of any excess fat. Add to the marinade for at least an hour, up to 24 hours.
Preheat an oven-safe skillet to medium heat. Dry off the thighs with paper towels. Add to the pan for 2-3 min per side.
Place in the oven for 10-15 min, until internal temperature reads 165°.
