Healthy Paleo Banana Bread With Chocolate Chips 
  1. Preheat oven to 350F. Line a loaf pan with parchment paper.

  2. In a large mixing bowl and using a wooden spoon, mix coconut oil into the mashed bananas.

  3. Add in the coconut sugar, eggs or flax eggs, almond milk/ applesauce, vanilla and spices. Sprinkle the baking soda and salt over the mixture and mix in.

  4. Add the flours last, mixing just enough to incorporate - take care not to overmix! Fold in the chocolate chips or chopped baking chocolate, and fold to combine.

  5. Transfer the batter into a buttered 4×8 inch loaf pan. Bake for 50 minutes to one hour, or until a tester or toothpick comes out clean. Cool on a rack.

  6. For a special appearance, OPTIONAL: Melt remaining ¼ cup chocolate chips in the microwave. Pour it on the bread when it's been removed from the pan. Top with banana chips and walnut pieces.
