Brown the ground beef in a large saute pan, drain off excess grease.
Add to the pan the olive oil, onion, garlic, onion powder, garlic powder, oregano, parsley, salt and pepper and cook for 3-5 minutes.
Stir in the marinara and chicken broth.
Turn the heat to low, cover the pan and simmer for 20 minutes.
Stir in the potato gnocchi, cover and simmer an additional 10 minutes.
Stir in the mozzarella cheese.
Sprinkle on the parmigiano reggiano.
Serve.
