Ingredients.
Mix the cubed potatoes with the seasonings and pop them in the air fryer/oven for 15-20 minutes on 220°C fan/200° air fryer.
Meanwhile fry off the chicken and the seasoning and cook for around 5 minutes or until browned.
Add your onions into the same pan and cook until they’re soft, then add the garlic.
Cook that for around 30 seconds before adding in the flour.
Cook that off for a few minutes and then add the stock, bit by bit until the sauce thickens.
Then add in the cream.
Cook for a couple of minutes and then add in the fresh parsley.
Season to taste and then add the potatoes and sprinkle on the cheese,
pop it under the grill until bubbling and golden. Garnish, Serve and enjoy.
