Roll out the pizza dough to create a bottom and top layer.
Place the bottom layer in a pan greased with olive oil.
Spread pizza sauce on the bottom layer.
Add a layer of sliced ham.
Add a layer of ricotta cheese.
Top with mozzarella cheese.
Place the top layer of dough on top and seal the edges.
Brush the top with olive oil and poke some holes to prevent it from exploding.
Bake in the oven at 425°F.
Let it rest for a few minutes before cutting and serving.
