  2. Toss the veggies with olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper. Spread them evenly on the sheet pan.

  3. Place the salmon fillets on the pan, nestling them among the veggies. Season with salt, pepper, and a drizzle of olive oil.

  4. (Optional) Brush the salmon with the honey-Dijon glaze for extra flavor.

  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes, until the salmon is cooked through (internal temp of 145°F/63°C) and the veggies are tender.

  6. Broil for 2-3 minutes for a golden finish, if desired.

  7. Garnish with fresh parsley and lemon slices, then serve immediately.
