Cool Coffee Eggnog
  1. Stir milk into beaten egg yolks. Add sugar, instant coffee, vanilla and salt. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture coats a metal spoon.

  2. Chill. Just before serving, beat egg whites till foamy.

  3. Gradually add sugar beating to soft peaks. Add to coffee mixture and mix thoroughly.

  4. Yields six to eight servings.
