Marinate 3 lbs oxtails for 4 hours with oxtail seasoning and green seasoning
Set Ninja Foodi to sear mode and let warm for 3 minutes
Sear oxtails on each side for about 2 minutes, working in batches if needed
Add 2 cups beef broth and deglaze the bottom of the pot
Add chopped onions and green onions to the pot
Add curry seasoning, chopped tomato, and entire can of coconut milk
Stir in garlic powder, salt, black pepper, worcestershire sauce, ketchup, and browning sauce
Mix well and taste for seasoning adjustments
Return oxtails to the pot and cover with pressure cooker lid
Cook at high pressure for 60 minutes
Allow 20 minutes natural pressure release
Remove excess fat from gravy using a gravy separator if desired
Serve with rice and lima beans
