Brown Sugar Cinnamon Butter Cookies
  1. Preheat to 350°F (175°C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper.

  2. Beat butter, brown sugar, and white sugar until fluffy.

  3. Mix in egg and vanilla until smooth.

  4. Whisk flour, cinnamon, baking soda, and salt; add to wet mix.

  5. Flatten dough, place caramel candy, roll into a ball.

  6. Roll each dough ball in sugar-cinnamon mixture.

  7. Bake 10–12 minutes until golden around edges.

  8. Let rest on pan 5 minutes, then transfer to wire rack.
