Cream together butter and sugar
Add eggs and Vanilla Essence to creamed butter and beat well
Mix the flour and bicarb soda well then add to the creamed sugar and stir until combined.
Now add the chocolate bits and stir until evenly mixed through the batter.
Roll into balls and space 2 inches apart on trays
Bake at 180 C for 10 minutes and leave to cool on tray
