Add butter beans to the skillet
Add sun dried tomatoes and broth
Add cream to create a creamy soup base
Season with crushed red peppers, cayenne, salt, and fresh black pepper to taste
Add Parmesan cheese to the mixture
Let the beans simmer for 5-7 minutes
Simmer for another 5-7 minutes until flavors meld
Optional: add fresh spinach if desired
Serve over rice or quinoa
