Pink Salt Recipe
  1. Warm the water until it’s body temperature.

  2. Stir in the pink salt until fully dissolved.

  3. Add apple cider vinegar and lemon juice.

  4. Optional: add sliced ginger or a pinch of ground ginger.

  5. Optional: sweeten with raw honey.

  6. Sip slowly on an empty stomach.

  7. Follow with 1 cup plain water.
