Preheat oven to 400°F.
In a food processor, blend the cottage cheese until smooth.
Add the baking powder and self-rising flour and pulse until a dough forms.
Divide the dough into 6 equal pieces and roll each into a ball.
Use your finger to poke a hole in the center of each ball and gently stretch the dough to form a bagel shape.
Place the bagels on a parchment-lined baking sheet and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Bake for 15-18 minutes, until golden brown.
